Description Barrel Tea Infuser A Barrel Tea Infuser is preferred by many tea sippers. They like the larger size so the tea has more room to expand. This particular version also has a twist off top, making it easy to fill, empty and clean. They also have a chain to hook over the edge of the cup to make it easier to remove after infusing your tea. They come in 2 sizes, a 1.75″ and a 2″. These 2 sizes give you the option of making a standard 6-8 ounce cup of tea, or a larger 12-16 ounce cup of tea. Just remember never to fill the infuser more than halfway with your favorite loose tea. Your tea needs room to expand while steeping.
