The Lost Birds Training Wool Sweater has been developed for training and active dogs. We couldn’t find a training sweater suitable for retriever breeds for autumn and winter, so we developed this product by combining two of our favorite products: the neoprene vest and the wool coat. The Training Wool Sweater is a combination of soft 100% wool, and flexible, water-resistant neoprene that is compatible with wet and mud. It’s hard to beat the properties of wool, it doesn’t collect dirt or odors and keeps warm even when wet. Wool has been used throughout history as a material to alleviate inflammation and pain. It is naturally antistatic, and does not electrify on the dog or when removed. The Training Wool Sweater is excellent for fast-paced terrain sports, but also for everyday use in cold weather. We designed it to minimize the risk of getting caught in the undergrowth. Therefore, it is form-fitting and has no straps on the outside. It is easy to put on the dog and has an adjustable waist circumference, which significantly affects its fit and stability. The high collar has an elastic adjustment at the top and the cords are hidden inside the collar, so please do not turn the collar when moving in the undergrowth for safety reasons.
