The “Studio Elite HD” is a classic James Tyler model. The “Retro Series,” “HD Series,” “Mongoose Series,” and many other models have been introduced to the world. The Studio Elite HD from JAMES TYLER, the pinnacle of component guitars, is now in stock! Body, neck, and fingerboard The body is made of carefully selected swamp ash. The body is made of carefully selected swamp ash, which produces a fat, glossy, and clear sound that is unique to Tyler. The neck is made of quarter-sawn maple and the fingerboard is rosewood. The neck shape is similar to the “Thin ’59” as measured by calipers, although the spec sheet is missing and details are not available.
